Description
Canchalagua is a tall, wild herb indigenous to the Andean mountain regions of Peru. Its leaves produce a strong and distinctively flavoured infusion, which has traditionally been used throughout Latin America as a depurative to promote circulation and beautiful skin.
Preparation
Boil 3 tablespoons per 1 litre of water for 10 mins.
Take 1 litre of the tea per day throughout the day. Take up to 30 mins before food.
