All of our herbal teas are organic. Whilst they are not labeled as organic, they are not produced using any artificial fertilizer, chemicals or pesticides and non-essential food additives or processing aids. Our skincare products are natural using high quality, minimal ingredients. Some products are certified organic and they are labeled to reflect this. Primal Nature's skincare range is free from artificial colours, artificial fragrances, mineral oils, petrochemicals, parabens, sodium lauryl sulphate and animal ingredients.
Herbs should be stored in closed containers away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry area. Avoid exposure to extreme heat and humidity, otherwise, best to keep herbal extracts refrigerated.
We do not test our skin care products on animals as part of our product development process, we do not outsource this activity to any third parties, nor have we ever included animal testing in our product development process in the past. We work closely with our ingredient suppliers and manufacturers to ensure they are aware of our company values and policies.
