Description
Cat’s Claw, or Una de gato in Latin America, is a woody climber that can grow up to 60m with its modified flowering stalks, the hooked appendages that resemble a cat’s claw. It is a climbing liana, distributed throughout almost all of South America´s rainforests.
Preparation
Boil 30 – 50 grams of the bark in 1 litre of water for 30 minutes, strain and take in 3 parts, ½ hour before food or 2 hours after food.
